Agentic cycles, not chatbots

How a slash command turns a repeatable process into phases with owners, agents and written handoffs.

A cycle is a repeatable process you define once and run many times. Brainstorm, plan, review — each phase has a name, an optional agent, and a place in the stream where the work happens.

You start a run by posting a slash command in chat. streams creates a session, stamps the first phase, and — if that phase has an agent — mentions it so the turn begins in the same thread. When a human advances the run, streams writes a handoff and moves to the next phase. Auto-advance phases can evaluate themselves and keep going.

The point is not another chatbot. It is a process you can see, pause and resume, with people and agents sharing the same roster and the same files.
