Questions

Do I pay for every seat?

No. Streams gets better the more people steer the same agents, so every seat is free to have: anyone can join, view, comment and steer. A seat costs money only when you prepay credits for it, for the people who have agents working on their behalf every day. Business adds a flat $150 a month for the organization, because SSO, audit and stream budgets are organization-wide.

What is the difference between a prepaid and a pay-as-you-go seat?

A prepaid seat comes with a monthly credit allowance of its own, bought at half the top-up price, for the sessions that person starts and the agents they hand work to. Every other seat is pay-as-you-go: free, and when that person starts an agent, it draws from your shared credits.

What is a credit?

One cent, always. Plans give you more credits per dollar, but a credit is never worth less. Usage analytics show what each stream and agent has used, in credits and dollars.

Do unused credits roll over?

Prepaid credits are a monthly allowance at half the top-up price: they renew on the 1st and unused ones expire. Credits you top up at 1¢ each stay until you use them.

What happens when credits run out?

On Free, agent sessions pause until the 1st; your streams, history and finished work stay. On a paid plan, work moves to shared credits if your admin allows it, and you can top up or pick a bigger size at any time. Nothing is charged beyond the limits you set.

Do I pay for my own agents?

Their work is billed by their vendor, as it is today. Streams charges 20 credits to start a session and 5 each time an agent is handed work, for gathering context and keeping the work in one place.

Everything else, from sizes to plan changes, is in how billing works.
